As they say, good things take time! We ARE trying our best to bring this timeline down to even further 5-7 working days and we shall update as soon as it is. You can also refer to our shipping policies.

As a small company, we currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but We request you to wait until the above mentioned timeline for your parcel but if it’s delayed beyond the given time or if your enquiry is urgent, easiest way to reach us is through email on email@example.com and one of our team member will be in touch at the earliest. You can also get in touch with one of our team member through phone on +918851202616 from MON-SAT 11AM-7PM ONLY. | Due to limited staff, response might be slower than usual so we’d suggest you to wait until 10-15 days for your parcel and the same will be delivered in the given timeline as responding to easy queries might make us miss out on the urgent ones. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our website ships WORLDWIDE.
How can I track my international shipment?
Once the order is placed, we will try to ship it out at the earliest. Once shipped, you will be notified via sms or email with the tracking number. You can mail on firstname.lastname@example.org for any urgent enquiry or request.
Which are your courier partners?
We ship our Indian shipments through Delhivery & Blue Dart and for international shipments we use DHL or FEDEX.
Why is the delivery time 10-15 working days?
Delivery time is 10-15 working days for all orders placed from December 2020 onwards.
We manufacture all your products with a lot of love. Even though our fabrics are designed in house, the printing is done elsewhere currently. Due to covid-19 situation, delivery time has increased to 10-15 working days as fabric processing, transportation, production, finishing has slowed down due to limited staff. We are working towards providing quicker deliveries so hopefully you’ll have your product before you know it! Until then, we’d request you to a little patient. We can bet the product will be worth the wait.
I have received part shipment, when will I get my other products?
We ship out pieces as soon as they are ready as we believe customers should enjoy the comfiness of our products at the earliest. We’d request you to wait until the given timeline of 13-15 days to receive the rest of the products and incase by any chance the delay is beyond the given timeline, please reach out to us on number given above through calling or mail.
I want to change my address/size/phone number for an existing pending order. Who should I contact?

The product I received was tight, how can I exchange it?

I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact?
We currently don’t have a cancellation policy or refund policy as once the order is placed, your products are send into production. We can make changes to existing order if it hasn’t been shipped. For more, please refer to refund policy.
When is 999 club coming?
999 club is updated once a month, no date is fixed for the same. We bring limited stock and the club is live for a limited period. To get notified about 999 club going live, follow us on INSTAGRAM and turn on our notifications. We update 1 day in advance to give everyone a fair chance to purchase our economical sector.
